# Foundry

The Foundry is the focus group for partnerships, strategy, entrepreneurship and business development.

### Formula:

* Clear "check points" that describe how much Silver Door is willing to invest in terms of technical milestones during a phase of product development.
* Clear boundaries in terms of how the technical development pipeline will operate and it's decision making structure.
* Recurring client and operator communication; to help keep strategy priorities aligned and known.
* Manage optics, brand continuity and presence.
* Legal agreements that are crispy and clear.

### Incentives:

10% of equity for prospecting, qualifying, closing and maintaining partnerships.
